Cancelling my free O2 extra

Hi there 

my free O2 extra ends tonight on the 30th November 2023, it was 3 months free of Disney+, I’ve been trying to cancel it today. 
When I go on to the O2 app and click on “my extras” to cancel it, it says the extra hasn’t yet been activated, yet it clearly has as I’ve been watching it occasionally in the 3 months, the app then obviously won’t let me cancel it as it thinks it’s not yet activated. I do not want to be charged the monthly fee for Disney+ from tomorrow so please can you cancel it for me.
