Can't receive sms or calls

My phone was stolen just over a week ago. The next day I got a new phone and SIM card and I haven't been able to receive phone calls or sms messages since then. I can make calls and send sms messages, I can also use data.

I've been issued two more SIM cards from the o2 store and have had many phone calls with o2 but no-one has been able to help. Apparently my case has been forwarded to the o2 network department, but they haven't responded yet.

I've tried the SIM card in a few different devices, network reset, bars removed, "My number" in settings is visible, no call forwarding etc.

If anyone can help, please get in touch.

Thanks
