Can’t receive o2 texts

Hello

since yesterday I’m having trouble receiving texts from others on o2 network or networks that run on o2.  I can make and receive calls.  I can send texts, I can receive texts from networks that don’t use o2.  Please help. Thank you

You need to contact O2.
