It can be done from within the web version of myo2 and by going into personal details.
If not then you will need to call o2 on 202 from your o2 phone, or If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
