Bit of a rigmarole. My son recently bought a Virgin Volt broadband & tv package which included an O2 sim that he didn't need. As my own O2 contract was finished, and his new sim deal was better and cheaper, I offered to pay the sim part of the contract and to take the sim off his hands. Seems simple. I have managed to switch my number to the new sim and I've managed to get back into the My O2 app but my phone is now linked to his email address and I can't change it because my own email address is already registered on the system. Can anyone help?

@louloumuz We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), they should be able to help you.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
