Hi there,

 

I received a replacement sim today but I lost my old sim

So I am unable to text 'swap' to the number I was given.

 

Are you able to active it for me?

@Phil7213 You'll need to call customer service using Skype, or call into an O2 store with identification with you, if you have a store nearby.
