I want to add a second number to my account, and use an eSim with it.
I can't see the option to choose "eSim" during the purchase journey, as described here:

(it is just asking for a delivery address, etc)
Neither can I find the option on My O2 to "request an eSim at any time", even for my existing number as described here:
https://www.o2.co.uk/help/device-and-sim-support/esim
Is it me, or are these guides out of date in some way? Is this no longer possible?

O2 recently removed the esim option from MyO2 due to fraud, apparently.
You now have to request an esim from customer service and they will push it through to your MyO2 to install it.
