Hi I like to cancel my bolt on 15 pounds a month and change to pay as you go using my numbers abroad (outside of euro zone). I have top up 10 pounds and received email confirmation however there is zero balance in my accounts which i already cancel existing bolt on. Seem like system did not work at all.
SO please check where is my 10 pounds and how can i use same number from overseas calling back or receiving (roaming)?

Big bundles take your money and replace it with allowances. https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-as-you-go/big-bundles I can tell you now, a £10 Big Bundle will NOT last long if you are travelling outside of the eurozone.
