Solved: Calls keep cutting off on Samsung A50

I've had this phone for a year and lately calls have been cutting off for no reason. I am then not able to phone anyone for about 4-5 minutes. Switching off the phone has made no difference. So frustrating!

I'd pop in store for a free sim swap first and if that doesn't help, contact Samsung to get the phone checked out under warranty.
