I paid my bill but my phone is still diverting calls I paid the bill on the 4/111/2021it’s now the 9/11/2021

i can’t even ring anyone about it

Have you been turning your phone off and on @Chrisanderson72 ?

Does you My o2 show that the late bill has been cleared?

You can ring the payment management team using Skype to call their 0800 number.

The number and how to call using Skype are in the guide below.
