Call Interference - Only when receiving calls from my partner

Hello,

Hoping somebody can help here.

Both myself and my partner are on 02 and generally have no issues making or receiving calls, except in one instance where she makes a call to me.

When this happens, all I can hear is a garbled, interference, alien like noise and I can't hear anything she is saying. I don't have this issue when receiving calls from anybody else and she hasn't had the issue when calling other people.

Does anybody have any idea what could cause this?

Thanks!

The obvious things to try first are new sim cards.

Any O2 store will do this for you for free.

I'd also report it to O2 in case they can see anything amiss on your accounts.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
