As title suggests.

Wish to upgrade my contract due to my phone breaking and I can't purchase an upgrade as I can't access my phone screen to verify the code...

Your only other option is to go in store and take photo ID with you.

Do you have any old phone or can you borrow one briefly to put your sim in to get the code?

potentially, I may be able to borrow my friends phone when he returns later to complete this.

Is there any other methods of verification that would be sufficient. I don't have a landline and I wont have sufficient time to talk to a salesperson tomorrow.

I am also completely unable to use the live chat function for some reason, every link on the website just redirects to the contact us page without opening any live chat. Including the accessibility related links which feels rather inappropriate  😞
