Morning,

I have moved from Three to O2 and entered in my PAC code as part of the process. However my sim is currently set up to a new number. How can I check that the process of changing is happening?

https://www.o2.co.uk/help/device-and-sim-support/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number it says it should have switch within one working day.  It also says I can call but the system keep kicking me out.

Kind regards

Steven

@Stoch85

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Thanks

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

The form you filled out when joining often fails to get the number switch going @Stoch85 - we hear this quite a lot on the forum.

Follow the instructions in this guide - unfortunately you will need to fill another form out...

Guide: Migration & porting into O2

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
