Hope someone can help

Bought a international bolt on and trying to call canada

I've dialled +001416 then the rest of the number

The call immediately ends and doesn't ring

I've checked my phone settings and international calls are not barred

I do have a spend cap. Do I need to disable this even thought I bought a bolt on?

Thank you

As the Bolt On reduces the cost of calls to Canada they are still chargable.

Don't know what your spend cap is but it could be the problem

If you are on the new billing system you can change it at

https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@Mav5

Yes, re spend cap.

The bolt on only reduces the call charges so there is still some extra to pay.

Guide: Spend caps on O2

You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202  or check if you can manage it in your MyO2.

Also, to call Canada it's either +1 or 001, not +001

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
