Phone is blocked even though bill is paid. Business phone that cannot make calls from

It takes 24-48 hrs to lift a bar after non payment. So it certainly won't happen over the weekend.

Keep rebooting your phone on Monday. If still not working then you need to contact O2. (Borrow a phone, use a landline or use Skype)
