Bill is protected with password!

I think 02 is now useless, you will sweat to talk with customer service this day but when they need to get their money, they block your phone.

This is not fair.

I can't print out my bills because it has a password-protected one, I never use a password for my document in the first place, more important is that I can't even print my bills online...

Does anyone have an idea, please?

Is the bill download a PDF as there are legitimate programmes that can remove that password from a PDF for you
