Bill history

Hi, I need to access bill history from January 2023. Is this possible?

I need to find a record of incoming and out going phone numbers.

The only record of incoming is in your phone log.

Outgoing calls you can get in your MyO2 or by contacting O2.

Some will be in MyO2 the rest you will need to contact O2

You won't get incoming calls as these don't appear on bills
