Bar still in place 15 hours after conversion with o2. Need lifting ASAP

@Hw_22 Was your phone barred because you hadn't paid your bill? If so, it can take 48 hours for any payment to clear O2's account. 

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

It can take up to 48 hours.

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202, 0344 809 0202, or specific payment management number 0800 902 0217 / 0800 032 5302
