Reported issue of no signal since moving to our new address in Kenwood Banham NR162HR

you said a transmitter problem in the area would be sorted at the latest 11th October still no better.

please clarify as it is causing me great difficulties.

O never give timescales for repairs so there's no point in calling as it will not get you any new news.

The only place you will get updates is on the status page O2 Service Status

Hello and welcome to the o2 Community forum @SK3 

This is a community and not o2 we don't have knowledge of transmitter problems or when they may be fixed.

You could call customer services best time early morning 08.00am they may be able to give you some indication.
