I am trying to load new banking details on my O2 Account using a UK Debit Card with a foreign address. I am using a Huawei Honor 7S phone as my device which is not recognized by the system. Can you help please. I want to do a £10 topup. The present account on record has been closed.

I  would think that you would need to contact O2 customer services you can here:

you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

O2's systems won't accept a foreign address. It has to be a UK card and a UK address.

You don't have to use a card to top up though, There are many other methods, including from abroad. Take a look at this guide Guide How to Top Up (PAYG)
