Hi over the last few months my phone is dropping audio on phone call. It happens very frequently and already today it has done it 3 times.

On Monday I took my phone to Apple shop Genius Bar and they checked everything to make sure there is nothing wrong with phone (not even a year old) they said that they could see the audio issue was on the signal and suggested I get in contact with 02 as it could be a SIM card issue.

can you help it is driving me crazy

@Trishl

The quickest and safest way to get a new sim is to pop in store with some photo ID.

If you order through customer service they will switch off your old sim and you'll be left with no service until the new sim arrives.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
