Applying for monthly ipad

Hi there

 

I applied for a pay monthly iPad on Sunday. It states it can take 24 hours to accepted and I will get an email back letting me know if the order has been accepted but I am yet to hear back do you know if there is a way I can contact 02 to find out if it has been accepted or not
