Hi guys,
We have an Apple watch 3 and 5, both not connecting to the cellular data plan.
Have called 02 help several times over the last 5 days they confirm both watches have data plans in place
Have un paired and relaunched the watches 4 time each now and reset them to factory as advised but still "not connected" showing in the settings section?
02 say all is in place but can't seem to help on the phone?
Any advise welcome, thank you

The watch 3 shouldn't be a problem at all as it shouldn't be account linked so the problem will be with the 5 which will need to be deleted from your account by customer service and then should allow you to setup again.
