Hi

I currently pay a monthly contract for o2 Apple pro headphones. However these have developed a fault in one of the ear pieces. Can you help?

Apple give you a warranty on their products so if you can visit an Apple Store they can take a look for you and if there is no damage and just a fault they will replace for you whilst you are there I believe.

They did this with someone I know and their Airpods 👍

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

You would be better off contacting Apple support who will probably replace if within the 12 month warranty

Hi, thanks for the feedback. I’ve tried links but seem to go into a loop. You would not by chance be able to send me the link would you?

thanks

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
