Apple Watch data error code15

Hi, on trying to set up the data plan on two Apple Watches it’s coming up with error code 15 for both, is it possible for @O2Sarah- to help me pls?

@Cleoriff ,Apparently, there is an issue with the iWatch o2 Plan since the iOS update. o2 tech is working on it but it has been over 4 weeks since the original customer reported it and there is still no update or idea of how long it will take. 

It's terrible. First-world problem I know but I don't carry my phone around all the time and the watch is my only connection when I'm out and about.
