Hi,
like many others I can not seem to activate my data on my Apple Watch.
The watch pairs perfectly fine, it is brand new from the Apple Store.
It asks me if I want to set up my data plan sharing setting up Mobile Service, but it seems stuck on a page saying we are setting up your Apple Watch on 02, it does not take me to the store to activate a plan ( I believe this should be an airtime plan from what I have read) it just says if not activated contact 202 and the code is 08.
This has been like this for 3 days, I reset the phone completely and I get the same message. 7 hours on the phone getting through to speak to someone in total for 3 calls, no one has solved it.
I even drove to a town to go to the 02 shop and they could not help
Clearly from the forums there are 100’s of people with the same issue, I just want to connect my watch to my phones data plan, Please help

Sadly this is an all too frequent problem
