Since transferring my O2 plan to a new Apple Watch Ultra (from an older watch), I've not had a data connection. On raising the problem, I was provided with a new eSim for my iPhone but that has not fixed the issue. Does anyone know what the fix is as this seems a common problem and one that O2 seem unable to resolve...

That's seems to have solved it - thank you! I will however monitor the connection over next day or two before confirming it's the solution - i.e. new eSim followed by reboot of the watch..

I have the same problem, upgraded to new Apple Watch. Attached the mobile data but says no connection. I called O2 and they are issuing a new eSIM. Have to wait for it to be sent out. Hopefully that will solve it!
