Apple Watch Ultra - Error code 14

I'm having an issue with my AWU - I have the dreaded 'error code 14' message.

I've called 202 who are absolutely useless in this regard - they've escalated it twice but I'm yet to get a call back.

I've exhausted every other option to try and get it to work, including an esim reset.

I'm doing a 100k run on the weekend and need to have a working watch before then!

You just have to persevere with O2. Try them on social media.
