Hi, please can you assist me. I purchased an Apple Watch S7 Cellular from Apple Store. I’ve had issues in setting it up via my O2 contract. Initially I was met with a fault code 14. Having visited the O2 store and been redirected to contact customer support online, nobody has been able to sort it out. Having done some research myself on the internet it appears to be a common error occurring and I believe the Esim on Apple Watch may need to be reset by O2? The store did try again for me and this time we got beyond the point of receiving fault code 14. I was hoping this would work, however I received a message saying your O2 account is not eligible to enable mobile data on your Apple Watch, contact O2. Can @O2Lisa assist please.

@Obi

Firstly check the following.

It needs to be a pay monthly account.

You need wifi and 4g calling enabled and working.

You need to pay the phone plan by direct debit.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
