Solved: Airtime plan is extra cost for Apple Watch ?

I have an Apple Watch cellular version that I bought from the Apple Store, and I'm using a £6 monthly plan with an O2 SIM card. If I activate the Apple Watch cellular plan and it charges me £7, does that mean I'll have to pay a total of £13 per month? And with this Airtime plan, can I make calls without needing my mobile phone?
