Adding funds to PSN using my pay monthly mobile

I have previously been using my mobile phone to add funds/ make purchases onto my PlayStation network.

I have a £100 spend cap on O2.

I have been a consistent customer for years.

Haven't missed a payment in years.

Yet for some reason I went to add funds and my PlayStation network said "your network provider doesn't support payments of this amount"

You need to contact payment management
To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best time to call is around 8.00am
