Do you mean the new sim @NV100 ?
Did you take a new contract or do an upgrade?
If a new contract, you would need to activate the sim.
If an upgrade then the new tariff is on your old sim which can be used in the new phone - or if you want to use the new sim then you need to do a sim swap.
