Hi everyone,


We have recently introduced a new account-help resource to our Community. When you post a query here on the forum, our knowledgeable community members will be happy to help troubleshoot and hopefully resolve your query. If, however, your query ends up being account related and requires direct assistance from O2, we have a small team of O2 staff ready to help. In these cases, our community members will tag these staff members into the topic to get some account-related help for you.


Here is a list of all advisors:

To support our helpers with knowing which account staff is available at specific times, the below rota will be updated on a daily basis.

Thursday 26th May 2022:

Friday 27th May 2022:
