Hi,
It's the third day now that I've joined O2 and asked for my old number to be ported over.
I was told on Tuesday it would happen within 24 hours.
Yesterday, I called customer service to get an update and was told it would happen by Thursday lunchtime... Still waiting.
I keep restarting my phone...
If it doesn't happen today, I'll cancel my O2 contract all together.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
