So I currently live abroad temporarily but still have a UK phone number, itβs a PAYG as easiest to manage, today it looks like itβs been cut off with no prior warning. Still showing in my account but it wonβt let me top it up, I canβt call or text from it and you canβt get through on the international number. So frustrating, anyone have any ideas as Iβm stuck and not able to speak to anyone.

If you now live abroad, this is probably why you have been cut off. O2 only allow 63 days of usage in any 4 month period, so I imagine your time has run out. You need to use a local sim now I'm afraid.
