So I currently live abroad temporarily but still have a UK phone number, it’s a PAYG as easiest to manage, today it looks like it’s been cut off with no prior warning. Still showing in my account but it won’t let me top it up, I can’t call or text from it and you can’t get through on the international number. So frustrating, anyone have any ideas as I’m stuck and not able to speak to anyone.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Thanks

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

@JK3

If you now live abroad, this is probably why you have been cut off. O2 only allow 63 days of usage in any 4 month period, so I imagine your time has run out. You need to use a local sim now I'm afraid.
