ADDING A PAYGO SIM TO MY EXISTING O2 ACCOUNT

I had a callback booked for today (08/02/2023) at 12 noon, however, nobody from O2 called me back?
This is very poor service for a longstanding existing O2 customer.
The reason I was waiting for a callback was to discuss how to add a Pay As You Go number to my existing O2 account which covers my and my wife's mobiles under a monthly payment contract.
The issue I have is that the Pay as You Go SIM card is located within a set of security gates entryphone system, so is unable to receive text messages.
I'm unable to remove the SIM (it was built into the control unit by an electrical contractor who fitted the security gates), so I need a solution as to how this SIM can be added to my existing account, without a security code being sent to it by text.

The short answer is that it can't.

The My O2 should have been set up prior to installation.

The only way now is to remove it and place it in a phone to receive the code.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
