Since I received a text message of o2 stating 5G had been added to my tariff, I've had zero signal. I can't receive texts or calls and when I try to make a call (the last being to o2) it says no registered network. My phone is a Samsung s21 plus 5G and is compatible. Am I missing something here because at the moment my only means of being contacted is when I'm connected to WiFi.

Please help

Have you recently changed your sim @Kadie ? Or asked for a new one to be sent out?

First thing to try is turning your phone off and on again, then seeing if any of the tips in this guide will help.

Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?

If you have access, try your sim in another phone or another sim in your phone - that will help work out if the sim or phone is the problem.

Finally if none of that helps then contact customer services.

If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
