Hi I have recently had an issue with 5g and can’t seem to find an Answer so any help would be great. Last week I had 5g appear on my phone for the first time in my home and was using it with no issues.
I then came to update my contract which is now unlimited data and I can no longer get 5g at my home.
the only thing to change is the contract which I was assured can be used with 5g.
I have checked the service in my area and it has not changed either and no service incidents are shown.
does anyone know what might have caused this to happen?
