Try using another browser @Bucket-green , or use the same browser but with incognito mode on.

If not, this is the process I used to go through.

I used Edge, with it set up to delete all cookies on exit. Otherwise, clear them before you start.

Put accounts.o2.co.uk in the address bar and hit enter. This (sometimes) generated an error, in which case edit the address and remove the accounts. part.

Click accept on the cookies, and enter my log in details.

Once the page loads, click on the "phone" icon on the bar - this takes you to a list of accounts you have.

Then click on the phone number you want the bill for.

Now click on the bills option, and choose bill history/view detailed bill.

You should get a slightly different screen now, and see a menu on the left with previous bill, my bill and recent charges.

Use these to navigate to whichever bill you are looking for.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

Link to our guide on how to contact them can be found here
