5 days still no sim but my allowance countdown is now at 28 days

I ordered a sim on 3/12/23,still not arrived but somehow i have a bill date and my allowance is counting down

Your contract starts immediately and you are billed a month in advance.

O2 will refund you for the days waiting for the sim to arrive.
