404 error on disconnecting non o2 STAC

Hello 👋🏻

I am trying to use my STAC code from Vodafone to cancel my previous contract with them due to being a new o2 customer. I’ve never known it to be so difficult to do this. I’ve filled out the form on o2 site and when I submit it, it goes to 404 error page can’t be found. Does anyone know how I can disconnect my old number?

If the form is not working you can try contacting o2 using social media @Phil12
