hi there, a little over a month ago i went on to my 02 to check my payments and saw that 02 was offering to pay off my old tarrif on them, and I could get a new phone. So I changed from an iPhone 7 which is £33.00 a month to an iPhone 13 which is £21.00 and obviously all has been well, I’ve paid my new phone every month but I have now got a text saying that I haven’t paid my iPhone 7’s and if I don’t pay I’ll get charges. Understandably I am very confused and also worried incase I revived extra charges for a phone i no longer pay for. so please can you help me with this problem. Thankyou.
