Is the O2 sim working @stumpy ?

If not, look at this guide to activate it

https://www.o2.co.uk/help/network-coverage-and-international/wifi-and-4g-calling

Still presuming it's the O2 sim not working, then you may have to call O2 to set it up on your account.

Then I suggest you look on the vodafone forum for an answer @stumpy ...unless any bright spark who may be on later can offer better advice. I haven't got a dual sim phone, so am only able to talk about O2 and Wifi calling issues.

Edited to add.... I do know @MI5  has a dual sim phone, so hopefully he can help when he comes online. .

@stumpy

My OP works for both SIM cards but there are options in both SIM settings to turn it on and off.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
