why hasn’t my tariff started

i moved from a £15 tariff to a £20 tariff after i had used all my data as i need the data when i’m on the go and i did that last night and i still haven’t received the data or the confirmation message that it has been changed even though i have payed for the tariff

You will need to add a bolt on to get you through to your anniversary date.
