Solved: what number do i dial to pick up my voice messages

i have an old nokia phone, not a modern i phone. i think it may be what they call android? i dont know

i have tried trying to talk to a human at o2 for the last 3 months with no joy whatsoever. just keep going round and round on the web site. all i want to know is what number do i dial to retreive my voice messages and is it free. i used to dial 121 with my old network supplier
