wanting to change from pay monthly to pay as you go as i am moving to australia

Hi

how do i change my tariff to pay as you go as i will no longer need a pay monthly contract but wish to keep my number. thank you.

You will need to pay off any remaining Device Plans or Minimum Term on a sim only, and then you can move to PAYG.. 


This can be done through Customer Services on 202 or 0344 809 0202

 

Be very aware of the top up time scales, when moving to PAYG, as o2 no longer a classic PAYG offering

 

As long as you carry out a chargeable activity on your Pay As You Go sim at least once every six months, it won't expire, and your phone number will remain active.
