hi there , ive been a customer for nact (sim onlyearly 3 months now on a contract (sim only) im after advice on upgrading my old phone to a half decent one, can i do this now?

Yes as long as there have been no payment issues. Open My O2 and click on the upgrade now link to see what options you have available to you.

Hi @Anonymous Then you have two choices now . Either give CS a call http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus or go instore to upgrade. The last one is best as you have a better chance of finding the device you want...

If I remember correctly after only 3 months you can upgrade but it needs to be overridden by CS.

When you say 3 months, have you actually paid three bills?

Customer service or instore are your next options if you have had the account for over three months.
