unwanted tarif

i toped up £15 to unlock my phone to use on other network then you instatly took £10 for a tarif i wont use

i find this bad i have no intenstons staying with 02 so dont need a tarif now i have to top up another £10 so i can unlock my phone so thanks very much for your help will not recomend anyone to use 02

If you call customer services and explain they will switch you to the classic PAYG tariff and refund you.
No need to get in a flap about it.

You have a big bundle sim which takes the credit to let you have allowances. Follow the above advice to get it rectified
