unidays code not working

Hi I am trying to upgrade my phone contract and use my unidays code. On unidays it says the discount will show as zero as part of my purchase online however the discount will be reflected on your o2 bill. When I entered my code it says Promo code not applicable, promo code doesn't apply to anything in your basket. How do I get my code to work please?
